Black Garlic Recipes
· 3 Zucchinis
· 2 Carrots
· 5-6 dried tomatoes
· 6-7 branches of dill
· 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
· 10-15 cloves BLACK GARLIC
· Olive oil, black pepper, salt.
Slice the zucchini and carrots thinly, mix them with salt, sugar, black pepper and olive oil and bake at 180°C. Cook until the vegetables are soft (about 40 minutes). Let the dried tomatoes soften for 15-20 minutes. Soak in hot water. Add dried tomatoes, coarsely chopped dill and peeled BLACK GARLIC to the cooled vegetables and serve cold.

CELERY WITH BLACK GARLIC AND ORANGE
· 2 large Celery
· 2 small potatoes
· 1 onion
· 1 carrot
· ½ lemon
· 2 Oranges
· 4-5 sprigs of parsley
· 10-15 cloves BLACK GARLIC
· Olive oil, salt, black pepper.
Fry the chopped onion with some olive oil for 1 minute, then add the sliced carrot, diced celery and potatoes. Add the juice of 1 whole orange and ½ lemon, ½ tea glass of water, black pepper and salt and cook your meal over low heat for about 30 minutes. Add peeled BLACK GARLIC to the cooked food. Finely chop the green leaves of celery, if you have them, along with the parsley, and sprinkle them over your celery dish with orange and black garlic that you will serve cold.

Arugula SALAD WITH BLACK GARLIC QUINOA
· 1 tea glass of Quinoa
· A bunch of arugula
· 2 medium sized turnips
· 1 medium sized pomegranate
· 4 walnuts
· 10-15 cloves Edovital Black Garlic
· Olive oil, salt.
After boiling and cooling the turnip, chop it into hazelnut-sized pieces. Boil the quinoa and let it cool. Wash the arugula and chop it into medium-sized pieces. Extract 10-15 cloves from your black garlic. After granulating the pomegranate and dividing the walnuts into small pieces, mix all the ingredients. Your salad is now ready to serve, you can either consume it as a meal or enrich your table for dinner.
CHICKEN WITH BLACK GARLIC CURRY SAUCE
· 5 pieces boneless chicken breast
· 15-20 cloves BLACK GARLIC
· 1 tablespoon of oil
· 1 tablespoon flour
· 2 tablespoons of butter
· 1 glass of cold milk
· 1 glass of water
· 1 teaspoon curry
· 1 teaspoon black pepper
· salt
Chop the chicken breasts into cubes. Roast it in a pot with oil until it releases its water and absorbs it again.
On the other hand, start frying the butter and flour in another pot.
Continue roasting until the pleasant smell of the flour disappears and then immediately remove the pot from the heat. Immediately add the cold milk slowly and carefully onto the roasted hot flour. Stir constantly to avoid lumps. Then add a glass of water, stir a little, then add curry, black pepper and salt.
Put the pot back on the stove and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until it reaches the consistency of pudding.
After preparing the sauce, add it to the cooked chicken and cook until the sauce and chicken are thoroughly mixed.
After the cooking process is completed, we can add the fine Black Garlic, mix it well once more and serve it hot.
BUCKWheat WITH BLACK GARLIC AND VEGETABLES
· 1 cup buckwheat
· 2 cups meat/chicken broth
· 1 tablespoon butter
· 1 tablespoon of oil
· 15- 20 cloves Black Garlic
· 2 eggplants
· 2 zucchinis
· 2 carrots
· Salt
Let's wash all the vegetables, peel them and cut them into cubes. Let's put the oil and vegetables in the pot and fry them until their colors fade. Let's add buckwheat, broth and salt to the roasted vegetables and let it drain and cook over low heat. After turning off the stove, let's put our pot aside, add our Black Garlic, stir once and serve hot.
COLESLAW SALAD WITH BLACK GARLIC
· 8 cups chopped kale is about 4 cups
· 10-15 cloves BLACK GARLIC
· 1 medium size grated carrot
· 1 tablespoon of honey
· Half a green apple, chopped finely
· 5-6 small chopped walnuts
· salt, pepper
· 1/4 cup milk
· 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
· 4 tablespoons strained yoghurt
· 2 tablespoons of vinegar
· 2 tablespoons of lemon juice (a medium-sized pomegranate, if you wish)
Mix all the ingredients and serve cold.
RED MEAT WITH BLACK GARLIC AVACADO
· 1 avocado
· 10-15 cloves BLACK GARLIC
· pomegranate syrup

MATERIALS
2 beets (about 300 grams)
2 cloves black garlic, cut into rings
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon apple or artichoke vinegar
Salt
FABRICATION
Boil the beets , without peeling them , in a pot filled with boiling water for 25-30 minutes .
Soak the cooked beets in cold water . _
Peel the beets , slice them and place them on a serving plate .
Slice the garlic and transfer it to a mixing bowl . _ _
Pour vinegar and olive oil over it , whisk , taste and adjust the salt, and pour over the beets while they are still warm .
- 100 g dates
- 1 cup ground walnuts
- 1 coffee cup of honey
